Mangalore: Bike Rider Killed in Accident

Mangalore, May 11: A motor bike rider named Prajwal (29) from Hejmady in Udupi district was killed after an express bus his motor bike near Kolnad near Mulky on Monday May 10.

Reportedly, Prajwal had returned from Mumbai, where he was working, a few months back, and was hunting for a job in the twin-districts. He was moving towards the city for trying to bag a call centre job, when the said accident occurred, it is learnt.

    I find buses are involved in most fatal accidents in Mangalore. Therefore bus drivers must be given special theory classes regarding safety atleast once in a year and police should monitor buses on roads in civil dress and book offenders on spot.
