Daijiworld Media Network - Mysuru (SP)

Mysuru, Dec 25: Congress spokesperson M Lakshman has claimed thiat the JD(S) and the BJP had entered into a 'secret pact' to defeat former chief minister and leader of the opposition in the assembly, Siddaramaiah. He said that the agreement was relating to defeating Siddaramaiah and his son and the understanding was reached in respect of Varuna, Chamundeshwari and Badami constituencies, duly asserting that he was telling the truth.

Siddaramaiah

"The JD(S) and the BJP had planned to d feat Siddaramaiah and his son, but they succeeded in their plan only in Chamundeshwari," he stated.

He also said that deputy chief minister, Ashwath Narayan, decides who should be the JD(S) candidates in these three elections. He questioned Kumaraswamy what expression other than secret pact can be used for this arrangement.

No merger, says Datta

Meanhile, Veteran JD(S) leader and former MLA, Y S V Datta, speaking at Gangavathi, termed the merger of the JD(S) with the BJP as impossible. He was addressing a press meet organised on Thursday at a private hotel there.

Datta termed the central and state government as anti-farmer, anti-worker and anti-daily wage earners. These governments have been giving impetus only to IT and BT sectors. If the central government continues on these lines, the farmers will stop tilling their land and it need not come as surprise if the country faces food shortage, he said.

On this occasion, JD(S) leades, workers and representatives of Brahman Samaj, felicitated him. Several party leaders were present.

Siddu has already been booted out of his home constituency. In Badami he just scrapped thru due to some muslim votes. There is no need of any 'secret pact' now. For the benefit of the party its better he retires and spends his time with his grand kids.

The opposition parties should act like opposition parties instead of acting like drama queens. Why aren't opposition parties talking about China holding holding 39 Indian crew members of two merchant ships hostage for several months. They have been living like prisoners off two Chinese ports, barred from unloading their cargo or leaving the ships.

Totally this nidderamayya has gone mad. One day he says his own party members defeated him and on very next day he says JDS /BJP defeated him. He accuses JDS as B team of BJP and personally begs with HDD /HDK to form the Govt in 2018.
Better he see some doctors in kankanady for his treatment.
