Bantwal, Jan 4: A case has been filed in Vittal police station in the taluk about a man who reportedly has been blackmailing a lady by threatening to expose her nude pictures if she does not fulfill his demands. The accused in the case has been named as Basheer from Punacha Lakkoni.
The complainant happens to be a 19-year-old lady from Kadambu Bedrakadu. She has claimed that the husband of her elder sister had, by using force, repeatedly developed physical relationship with her. It is said that he also captured her nude pictures in his mobile phone.
On the basis of these photos, he has been threatening her to circulate her photos in his mobile phone through social media if she does not heed to his wants. The lady also stated that he posed a life threat to her.
The police, who have registered the case, are hunting for the accused.
