Shivamogga, Jan 14: "We welcome the verdict of the Supreme Court regarding the amendment to agricultural act. The Constitution itself has given the right to implement the act. Even the Supreme Court does not have the power to reject the act which is pro-reform," said BJP national chief secretary C T Ravi.

Ravi further said, "The acts were implemented, in order to resolve the issues of farmers and agricultural sector, after discussing the same with experts. However, some people are trying to find fault in everything."

    Dear CT Ravi, you are right. Goondas have no rules and they follow whatever rules they wish. Same way you are not less than goonda and yu have no respect to Indian constitution + Supreme Court + Indians.

    You belong to adivasi in himalyas and you have your own way of life. Its unfortunate that you are in politics. This is shame for politics. YOu should think before you same something. You have no respect to your own position. Case should be booked on you for your disrespect to Supreme Court. You should be declared as anti indian and put in jail. BJPee has likewise many idiots.

    A.Ullal:
    You are totally wrong and your attack on Ravi betrays your hatred towards him and the BJP. Can't you stick to the real point? You betray ignorance of the law and a worse id.. for that.
    CT Ravi is quite right constitutionally the SC has no power to disallow any duly enacted legislation; it can only declare it to be unconstitutional and strike it down. Not even the President of India can, once he gave assent to the Act duly passed by Parliament.
