Pune, June 24: A meeting of the elected area representatives of the Mangalorean Catholic Association here was held, recently. Earlier in the month, the annual general body meeting of the association was held.
At the elected representatives meet, following office-bearers were unanimously elected for the year 2010-2011. Aloysius Saldanha was elected honorary president, Benjamin Mathias as honorary secretary, while Baptist A D’Souza and John Carvalho were elected honorary treasurer and honorary cultural secretary, respectively.
Carmine Pereira as honorary member of community development and Harold R Lobo as honorary newsletter editor and marriage bureau co-ordinator were the other elected members.
