Los Angeles, Jul 3 (IANS): Hollywood actor Johnny Depp is not starring in the new "Doctor Who" movie.
Reports said the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star has been cast as the main character in the upcoming project being helmed by the BBC.
However, BBC officials said there are "no plans" to make the big screen adaptation of the British TV series and any talk surrounding it is "pure speculation", reports aceshowbiz.com.
