Speaking to Daijiworld, VJ Vineeth said, "I play a character named Rishi who is a happy-go-lucky person loved by all. The movie has scope for a commercial kind of hero. The movie is a complete family entertainer. The comic elements in the movie are fresh. The screenplay, story and dialogue have been tailored just for the Tulu audience. The audience can expect high standards of a Tulu movie through Raj Sounds and light. The songs are colourful, emotional and every frame of the movie is completely organized," says Vineeth.

"The story of Raj Sounds & Lights popped up six months ago. When I go to host any program I notice the sounds, lights and vibes of the program, from there came the story of Raj Sounds & Lights. I worked on the script so that it connects it with the Tulu audience," said Vineeth.

VJ Vineeth who also wrote the screenplay for Girgit and now for Raj Sounds & Lights said, "Roopesh and I share a good rapport and I hope to work with him again. I want Raj Sounds & Lights to be a blockbuster like Girgit. Penning down the screenplay for Girgit helped me a lot in this movie, as I am aware of the format, how the screenplay should be written."

When asked about pressure regarding audience expectations from Raj Sounds & Lights, V J Vineeth said, "I am scared of how the audience will take it. We as a team are connected, if this movie is a hit, the credit must go to the entire team. Every element in this movie will be showcased on the screen like the artwork, where the producer has invested a lot."

"Raj Sounds & Lights is expected to release in the month of August. We are working accordingly for the August release. We hope that audience will take the Tulu film industry to next level. Raj Sounds & Lights will release in Kannada and Tulu simultaneously. We as the makers of Ondu Motteya Kathe will keep that standard higher with Raj Sounds & Lights," said Vineeth.
