Mumbai, Mar 18: Rati Somappa Poojary (84), a Nitte Parapady resident of Karkala passed away at the residence of her son at Dwarkamayi society, Lonavala Bazar due to old age.
She has left behind four sons including BJP leader, Lonavala Nagar Parishat vice president NITTE Nadimane Sridhar S Poojary, three daughters, friends and relatives.
Billavara Association Mumbai Lonavala office bearers, members and local leaders of various parties took part in the last rites and offered their tributes to the departed soul.
