Udupi: Thieves try to steal offertory box of Veeranjaneya temple

Udupi, Apr 16: Thieves tried to steal the offertory box of Veeranjaneya temple that is situated on the main road of Udupi-Ambagilu.

The gang of thieves had come in a car. As their attempt failed, the gang left the car on the spot and escaped.

The matter came to light only on the morning of Friday, April 16. This temple belongs to Veeranjaneya Vyayama Shale.

A case at Udupi city police station is registered in this regard.
