Jubail, Aug 20: Salam Al- Majmouh , a charity association of people of Suralpady , organized a grand Iftar party and Isthirah al- Madfah at Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
A large number of expatriates from Suralpady and surrounding locations gathered at the Isthirah on the occasion. Magrib salah followed the Iftar. Janab Ishaaq Goodinabali led the magrib prayer.
After the Salah, the occasion was turned in to a gathering which was utilized for social mingling and preaching.
Janab Fazal AbduRahman, the general secretary of the organization welcomed the gathering and briefed the audience about the charity activities carried out by the organization.
Janab Ishaaq Goodinabali, conducted a ‘naseehath’ session to the participants. He explained the importance of the month of Ramadan, fasting and iftar among others. He asked the congregation to practice fasting with self-discipline and inculcate the same discipline in all aspects of life.
