I think the main problem is lack of proper training when learning to drive a car or motorcycle. It hardly has anything to do with Race, Politics, Car Manufacturer, etc. If everyone in India undergoing basic and advanced level training before they go on highways or any roads as a matter of fact, these kind of incdents could reduce. Although, there will always be freak accidents owning to external factors, but majority of incidents would reduce. I just hope that Mr. Gadkari introduces strict measures for new licenses and ban brokers for them. Also to make the RTO infrastructure better.

I don't think he will change his opinion just because the project was started by so and so. One should not be like blind bhakts who are reluctant to oppose their leaders even when they know their leaders are not right.

Jossey Saldanha, Nallasopara : If you know one product (say some eatable) is not good and harmful then do you still purchase it or stop purchasing it or you will ask the producer of the product to stop producing it? I hope you got the answer for your comment... If you didn't get then better be educate yourself as Mangalorean's are educated. But on Driving people are not understanding that spedd may kill them on or the other day... Still they want to speed the vehicle. Sorry for the people lost their lives in this incident. Youngsters please drive slowly and reach home slowly (5 to 10 minutes of time difference doesn't create any issues unless its necessity) and be happy with families.

Careless driving is the big issue in India , why to blame car producers. If we stop buying unsecured cars automatically production will Stop. Indian highways are death traps or population controllers.

Indian traffic rules are pathetic..... drivers don't follow traffic rules (most of them don't even know what they are).... the rule enforcers are blindly ignore the drivers when they fail to follow them... On hiways one is not to park the vehicle other than the designated spots... if vehicle breaks down driver has to make sure it's pulled over to the curb and warning signs are placed.... I have seen in India.... drivers driving without the tail/brake lights.... no reflectors.... heavy vehicles on the fast lanes..... that includes two wheels and three wheels.... a long list to mention.... It will take another 500 years for the people of India to change.....
