Mangaluru: Presidency School & PU College distributes ration kits, PPE kits, oximeters

Mangaluru, Jun 3: The management of Presidency school and pre-university college, Kelarai, led by its chairman Dr Nissar Ahmed, distributed 100 ration kits to the affected families of Neermarga gram panchayat. Along with ration kits, PPE kits and oximeters were handed over to the ASHA workers of the Neermarga gram panchayat here on Thursday June 3 at the school campus.

Madulika, principal of Presidency School & PU College said, “The Covid pandemic has destroyed human lives. There are many who need our support during these difficult times. Along with Neermarga gram panchayat, Presidency School & PU College is distributing 100 ration kits to the affected families and medical equipment like PPE kit and oximeters along with ration kits to ASHA workers.”

Admin manager Prathibha Chethan, Neermarga gram panchayat president Dhanavathi, PDO Sudhir, programme coordinator Praveen Kumar, gram panchayat member Sridhar, Abdul Hameed of Covid task force Bondathilla, Bhaskar J of Covid task force Neermarga and Saif Sulthan was also present.

    Great work. Hope the teachers of the school are paid full salary. Some school in DK are depriving their teachers of their salary and doing charity in that money for the public to see. Modern day Robin hood 😀
