Karnataka political crisis continues: CM Yediyurappa likely to visit Delhi next week

Daijiworld Media Network – Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Jun 20: The issue of Yediyurappa continuing as chief minister in the state has caused crisis in Karnataka BJP. Though state incharge Arun Singh had visited Karnataka in this context, it seems that the crisis is far from over. It is said that BJP high command has decided to call Yediyurappa to Delhi and resolve the matter.

Rebel MLAs of BJP, who were up against Yediyurappa were expecting that the issue would be resolved by Arun Singh. However, Singh gave indirect indication that Yediyurappa will continue as chief minister by saying that no discussion with regard to change in Yediyurappa’s leadership was held. He had also said that Yediyurappa had done commendable job during the Covid crisis.

In the wake of this statement, it is said, accusations are being heard about Arun Singh. These accusations have reached the BJP high command. Hence it is said that the high command itself has decided to get involved directly in the matter.

There is a possibility that the BJP high command leaders will call Yediyurappa to Delhi next week. He is likely to meet Prime Minister Modi, union home minister Amit Shah and national president J P Nadda. They will seek information from the chief minister with regard to the possible change of guard in Karnataka.

The high command already has preliminary information about the issue. Arun Singh is also going to submit his report on Sunday or Monday. It is said that the high command leaders will take into account all reports and versions and arrive at a decision.

The faction in state BJP that is against Yediyurappa continuing as chief minister is making lot of noise with the central leadership for quite some time now. In the wake of this, Yediyurappa’s proposed visit to Delhi has created curiosity in state political circles.

But my request is high command must make YEDIYURAPPA as Governor of Karnataka only because present governer turm already over long back and if YEDIYURAPPA is not in Karnataka means, a loss and more people will be disappointed.

If you have played politics for power, by showing money power, then to retain that power you have to continue to feed them with money, you and your son are corrupt, everyone knows, you are giving BJP full credit of your nature. So Modi and Shah cannot hide their face for your actions.

Dissent has come to the fore. It's time now to say it's time to leave and make way. Who will bell the cat? It's a do or to die decision for the BJP high command which has turned out to be a low command!!!

Though being an ardent supporter of party as well as Dr Yeddy, I honestly feel that his son is root cause for this trouble and now, Dr Yeddy, our Operations Specialist & Native Tiger Dance Experto of K'Nataka and 4 time CM for State should gracefully retire from post, accept any Gubernatorial position from Modi and make way for a much younger Tiger from party!
