Probably this is like Akbar Birbals story about counting crows account. From 1000 the number of drastically reduced to 525. This requires audit. For the last one month the variation was about 100 -200 But all of a sudden it reduced to 500. Since timings are changed from 7 am to 1 pm then definitely the cases will come down.
