Al Ain, Sep 14:
St Mary’s Catholic Church, Al Ain celebrated ‘Monthi Fest’ in a grand manner with the gracious presence of around 300 people on September 6, 2010.

It was in fact the very first time in the history of the new church in Al Ain that the Monthi Fest was being celebrated with this much vigor and enthusiasm.

The festive mass was celebrated by the most dynamic & loving Fr Augustine, assistant parish priest who joined the Al Ain catholic family earlier in the year.

The Eucharistic celebration was made truly meaningful with the melodious choir and an active congregation which truly brought back childhood memories.

The event and celebration had come to an end with a delicious traditional vegetarian meal which was served as an icing over the cake.

To add more joy on this beautiful day of The Nativity of Our Mother Mary, the parish priest, Fr Antony joined the celebration as a gesture of gratitude to the effort of the parishioners and to confirm his encouragement for the occasion.
