Two school students begin walk from Kasargod to Thiruvananthapuram with message ‘walk for health’

Kasargod, Aug 6: Two students of Kumble government higher secondary school have begun a walk from Kasargod to Thiruvananthapuram with a message to walk daily for health.

The enthusiastic students are Kidur resident Prithesh D’ Souza and Bela resident Ashik Rodrigues. The students have the intention to reach Thiruvananthapuram in twenty days.

They began their walk from Seethangoli, near Kumble on Friday morning. Puthige gram panchayat president D Subbanna Alva set the travel in motion in a simple programme held at Seetangoli.

The two youngsters are holding a ‘travelling kids’ YouTube channel. The walk is also intended to obtain support and encouragement for the channel.
