On Thursday, September 16 during a press briefing on action taken, preparedness, and updates on Covid-19, the secretary said, "Goa along with Chandigarh, Lakshadweep, Himachal Pradesh and Sikkim have covered 100 percent of their adult population with one dose of the vaccine."
