Mangaluru: Nirmaan Homes’ ‘Mathura’ residential complex inaugurated

Mangaluru, Sep 17: Rajesh Gupta, DGM of State Bank of India, inaugurated the Nirmaan Homes’ ‘Mathura’ residential complex at Derebail in the city.

Speaking on the occasion, Gupta said, “Nirmaan Homes has been providing apartments at reasonable rates to the customers for many years. State Bank of India and Nirmaan Homes share a very cordial bond. SBI has provided home loans for around 75% of flats of Mathura residential complex. Now the same is inaugurated with facilities that have exceeded the expectations of everyone.”

Guest and chartered accountant Keshava Ballukaraya said, “Under this project, the homes are available for commoners at reasonable prices and they have all basic infrastructure facilities. It is really a proud moment that Nirmaan Homes has completed the project within the specified time in spite of the Covid pandemic situation.”

Corporator of Derebail, Ranjini Kotian said, “Design of the Mathura residential complex has come out with excellent looks. This facility is very near to basic infrastructure necessities. Let Nirmaan Homes come up with many more residential complexes of this nature in future.”

Key of flats were handed over to the first five customers on the occasion. Krishnaraja Salian, partner of Nirmaan Homes welcomed the gathering. Land owner Sooraj Kotian rendered a vote of thanks. Partners of Nirmaan Homes Gurudath Shenoy, Mangaldeep and Mahesh Shetty were present.

'Mandara Excellency' project coming up soon at Urwa Store

Nirmaan Homes is going to build Mandara Excellency residential complex at Urwa Store in the city very soon. In this complex there will be flats having an area of 682 to 764 sq ft (1BHK), 1021-1258 sq ft (2 BHK) and 1512 to 1777 sq ft (3BHK). The speciality of this residential complex is that it will have three sources of water in the form of corporation supply, well and bore well. It will also have an electrical car charging point. In addition, a mini-theatre, air conditioned gymnasium, indoor playground, children's park, library, intercom, access-controlled lobby, solar lights, CCTV camera, three automatic elevators, car parking and generator.

Mandara Excellency residential complex is built according to the requirements of the next generation. For the first time in Mangaluru car charging points for electric cars and three sources of water will be provided in addition to mini-theatre, gymnasium and many other facilities.
