Udupi, Sep 20: Some BJP MLAs are facing insecurity, said senior Congress leader Vinay Kumar Sorake. Reacting to the allegations of Operation Congress in the leadership of D K Shivakumar to attract BJP MLAs towards Congress as elections are approaching, he said that even chief minister Basavaraj Bommai had planned to join Congress.

“Basavaraj Bommai had visited Oscar Fernandes in the past. Bommai does not belong to RSS. His father was in JD(S). Bommai had approached us when M P Prakash joined Congress. Basavaraj Bommai has a secular mindset. Does the BJP tolerate such a mindset? BJP wants people like Yogi of UP. We do not know for how long Bommai will be the chief minister,” said Vinay Kumar Sorake speaking from Perdoor, Udupi.

Very true. You can see this in West Bengal how those who shifted to BJP are begging to return to TMC. If the horse wins they are welcome otherwise they are ditched.
