After her marriage, she started residing at Pervaje. She ended her life by hanging herself from a ceiling fan in her house on Monday morning. It is said that she was suffering from diabetes and mental depression and on account of these nagging problems, she chose to take the extreme step.

It is very sad indeed. While a person looks well balanced and happy on the outside, especially when in the forefront, and is well educated, internal problems cannot be seen by anyone and he or she puts a brave front notwithstanding the turmoil felt inside. It is not just diabetes; people live long with it with medication; it is something disturbing the mind constantly, which is depression. A person can never be truly happy, which she or he looks for, until the person is dead. RIP Mamata and be happy in God's kingdom where there is peace and light forever.

Honestly... All those in the front during their younger days, leaders of organizations, agitations, etc etc live a tattered private life. Most of them ! It will be a Horror Story inside compared to that of a Hero outside ! You solve others woes but then there's no to solve yours! If an educated teacher does like this imagine ! What use education ?? God bless her soul is all one can say now.

What sort of comment this is ? BJP/Hindu is really causing so much trouble to you .. I am glad it is doing so to people like you. Atleast they choose to die ..unlike stealing or smuggling or planting a bomb on some innocents like 26/11 or 9/11 Om Shanthi ..

What's happening! Every one is going through their own problems especially in the current situation. Lets not compare our lives with others from what we just see externally and lose hope. A person who looks happy outside might still be going through problems which is not visible to us. Let's fight our battle called life with positivity, kindness and hope. After all life is a roller coaster ride. After every fall there is a hope to rise again. May her soul rest in peace

Salaries are reduced even in the oil rich GCC countries, many have lost jobs due to the pandemic. So India can't be an exception in such situation, but yes, you are free to blame Modi and BJP regarding other issues. Carry on.

Kujuma...don't write simply for the sake of writing. It's true that BJP is bad for the country. No doubt about it. But this lady lecturer committed suicide due to brain tumour. It was last stage and doctor advised that there is no cure for it.
