Bunts Association Holds 27th General Body Meeting

The 27th annual general body meeting of metro-based Bunts Association was held at Soumyalata auditorium of Bunts Centre, Juhi Nagar, Navi Mumbai, on Sunday October 24. Association president Jayant K Shetty presided over the meeting.
 
Honorary chief secretary and lawyer Uppoor Shekar Shetty, vice- president Shyam N Shetty, honorary treasurer Santosh Kumar Shetty, joint secretary Innabeedu Ravindra B Shetty, women’s wing president Susheela C Shetty, and youth wing president Sunil S Shetty were present on the dais.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

Jayant Shetty honoured Bunts Sangh president Aikala Harish Shetty, Matrabhoomi Co-operative Credit Society chairman K D Shetty Chelladka, social activist Santosh D Shetty, veteran hotelier Sadhoo Shetty, entrepreneur Chandrashekar Shetty, well-known gynaecologist Dr Sangeeta Satya Prakash Shetty, and sportsman Suresh Shetty on the same occasion.
 
Scholarships were awarded to deserving students of the community during the programme.
 
Shyam Shetty welcomed the gathering while Uppoor Shekar Shetty proposed the vote of thanks.  Narayan Shetty Nandalike and Dayasagar Chowta compered the programme.
 
‘Dandia Nite–2010’ was staged by the youth wing of Bunts Association as part of the cultural entertainment.
