Islamabad, Nov 6 (IANS) Pakistan's Supreme Court has ordered the election commission to file cases against parliamentarians who hold fake degrees, a media report said.

A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry gave this ruling while hearing a plea filed by a former member of the national assembly, Amir Yar Awaran, against his disqualification over the alleged possession of a bogus degree, the Online news agency reported.

Great,Look. At least Pakistan is doing something to take action against the MPs with fake Degrees. But in our country there are so many MLAs & MPs without proper high school education. What a difference? What is funny is that some of ministers were given Hon,DOCORATE & They are addressed as Dr.SO & SO. When I was in the school we were knowing about great people like Dr.Rajendra Prasad,Dr.Radhakrishnan,Dr.Jhakir Hussain etc. But now every Tom,Dick,& Harry is presented with DOCTORATE Degrees.
