Mangaluru: Assault case accused tries to end life at hospital

Mangaluru, Nov 8: An accused of an assault case attempted to end his life at Wenlock hospital on Monday November 8.

Naveen (31) is the accused who tried to end his life. It is gathered he tried to kill himself by hanging himself to the window using a bed sheet.

Naveen appears to be out of danger, said police sources.

It may be recalled, three women were injured after Naveen barged into the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) center located at Karangalpady near Jail compound and attacked then on September 20 earlier this year.

Naveen works as a peon at Kundapur court. He was admitted to Wenlock hospital for psychiatric treatment.

    God knows what is wrong with him.He is not satisfied with his pay ,has problems at home ?How about someone talk to him and and ask what is wrong with him?Was cheated by some girl ,thatswhy attacked girls as grudge?
