Very sad that two young budding lives lost. Do not understand why our drivers and riders don't follow the basic safety norms while on the roads. A little care and patience can save own life as well as others lives.

People 25 or under must go through a rigorous assessment before a driving license is granted them. People in this age group possibly suffer a lot from chronic sleeplessness, by being on their phones, drinking alcohol, going to bed late. Their awareness is low. And then they drive too fast. Again lowered awareness levels. Thankfully pedestrians did not get killed.
