Bravo Mr. Palemar. The 2 months that you are saying is 4-6 months
as per Indian calendar. Which means
ready anywhere from March to June.
So it is the right time before the
monsoon starts. The PWD will again
get funds out of which 60% go in govt.officials pockets and if we are lucky 40% for the roads.
Keep it up and fool your country folks. We are fools anyway as we
    are tolerating all this tamashas.

    Dear Minister
WITH ALL DUE RESPECT TO YOU . I HAVE ONE SUGGESTION. DO NOT WASTE MONEY WHERE IT IS NOT NEEDED. kNOWLEDGE IS AVAILABLE, THOUGH COMMON SENSE IS NOT SO COMMON. THE QUALITY OF BITUMEN TO BE USED MAY BE TESTED. BUT CERTAINLY NOT THE QUALITY "OF BITUMEN ACTUALLY USED"
