Mangaluru, Dec 10: In-Land’s newest project ‘In-Land Apeiron’ was inaugurated on Friday December 10 in a grand function by the Mangaluru South MLA Vedavyas Kamath, corporator Sudhir Shetty Kannur and CREDAI-Mangaluru president Pushparaj Jain in the presence of In-Land Group chairman and managing director Siraj Ahamed and group directors Meraj Yusuf Siraj and Wahaj Yusuf Siraj.
The inaugural functions started with a dua offered by Mohammed Kamil Saqafi, Badriya Jumma Masjid, Bajal; pooja performed by Giridhar Bhat, Radhakrishna Mandira, and blessings by Fr Paul Melvin D’Souza, superior of St Ann’s Friary.
Delivering the inaugural address, the group director Wahaj Yusuf said that 2021 had been an action packed year for In-Land despite the pandemic. In a historic hat-trick, the company inaugurated Inland Sunlight-Moonlight in September 2021, is inaugurating Inland Apeiron today and is set to inaugurate Inland Mayura at Puttur on December 22. With this the desire of the managing director Siraj Ahamed to complete and inaugurate all ongoing projects this year itself had been fulfilled. From 2022 onwards, In-Land will launch a series of new residential and commercial projects which will showcase new construction technology and design. In-Land Apeiron had received tremendous customer response even at the construction stage and most of the flats have been sold out he said. He thanked the abiding customer confidence and trust in the In-Land brand and said the company will always repay that trust in full measure with high quality residential and commercial spaces.
MLA Vedavyas Kamath expressed fulsome praise for the In-Land Group and its founder chairman Siraj Ahamed, who he said was making tremendous contribution to the transformation of Mangaluru into a Smart City. He said even in his school days he was fascinated by the energy and dynamism of the In-Land name. Vedavyas also expressed great happiness at the commendable contribution of CREDAI-Mangaluru. He said he wished to see In-Land expand to other cities not only in Karnataka but in other states too.
Sudhir Shetty Kannur, corporator, said In-Land had made significant contribution to his ward by locating not only In-Land Apeiron project but also its new commercial project Inland Business Park in his ward. Pushparaj Jain in his address said that Siraj Ahamed is a doyen of the industry and other builders had a lot to learn from him in terms of dedication to quality and workmanship. The reason why customers flocked to In-Land is their reputation built over so many years for delivering high quality and well-designed modern buildings. In-Land Apeiron is one such shining example, he said.
Major contributors to the project including the architect and engineer Suresh Pai, the design architect Sagar Mistry, the structural engineer Anil Hegde and chief contractor Mahabala were honoured at the event.
In-Land Apeiron is a seven story structure consisting of 29 apartments. The project located in the heart of the city at Pinto’s Lane near Kadri-Kambla has all modern amenities such as a grand entrance lobby, CCTV surveillance system, reticulated gas, gymnasium, steam room, video door phone system, children’s play area, inter com and automatic elevators.
