As the central government has submitted affidavit in Supreme Court stating vaccines are voluntary and nobody can be forced into taking them and any coersion might come into the contempt of court and when the litigation is subjudice no hasty actions should be expected by the executive. If anyone is refusing it is their right granted by our constitution. Hope authoritarian enforcement of any mandates by either states and executive is shelved as the jabs never work and vaccine certificates doesn't possess extra power to prevent or protect against mutating viruses like corona.
