Karnataka's daily Covid tally fluctuates, over 300 cases recorded in last 24 hours

Bengaluru, Dec 15: Karnataka on Wednesday, December 15, registered 317 new coronavirus cases.

As per the bulletin released by the state health department, the active cases in the state stand at 7,179. Bengaluru Urban's single-day tally stood at 205.

As many as 2 deaths due to coronavirus were reported in the state on Wednesday, the death toll in the state has risen to 38,277.

The state recorded 301 discharges from hospitals on Wednesday, taking the total discharges to 29,55,766.

So far, Karnataka has seen 30,01,251 positive cases since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.

The positivity rate for the day stands at 0.26% while the case fatality rate for the day is 0.63 %.

As many as 8,14,42,635 people have received vaccination so far.

    Looks like Omicron let loosed to push deadly boosters to generate another deadly wave (as vaccine is business almost over now booster business) and blame it on omicron and push more deadly boosters around the world.
