Panaji, Dec 3 (IANS): India claimed the top honours at the 41st International Film Festival of India (IFFI) here after Gautam Ghose's "Moner Manush" won the Golden Peacock award Thursday.

The Golden Peacock carries prize money of Rs.40 lakh, while the Silver Peacock for the best director carries a purse of Rs.15 lakh. The Silver Peacock for the best actor and actress carries prize money of Rs.10 lakh each, while the special jury prize comes with Rs.15 lakh in prize money.
