Congratulations to the promoters. We have rich people to stay in this building. don't allow them to migrate to other cities. We need development and progress in this city. We do not have proper roads because - related authorities are lazy because we are lazy (we still allow them to run the department) because we are selfish (let Mr. Tom do the things, I do not have time to take action - i.e. chase these people out from dept.) - I have time to comment negative things if someone come forword to take action.

Excellent coverage for an excellent project that will create a new highlight for the city of Mangalore with a new and tallest highrise complex. All of these projects will certainly bring progress and prosperity to the city creating a new image for new business and new job opportunities. All that we now need for Mangalore is bigger and broader roads, cleaner roads and good roads and consistent power supply, so that the city will attract many more tourists, business people and also students and entrepreneurs. The growth in infrastructure is in itself a growth for overall economy of the city and the country. Mangalore will continue to rise with more and more highriser complexes.
