Mangalore: 10-day Entrepreneurship Development Programme Inaugurated

Mangalore, Jan 13: A 10-day Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) jointly organized by CEDOK Dharwar, department of Industries and commerce, Ashika and MSNM Besant Institute of PG Studies at the Institute premises; Bondel here was inaugurated on Thursday January 13.

The programme was inaugurated by Dr Narayan Kayarkatte, director of the institute. He stressed the need for self employment and advised that with proper planning and training inputs the entrepreneurs can succeed well.

Arvind Baleri of CEDOK highlighted the objectives of the programme. K Socrates, deputy director, MSMEDI presided and advised the candidates.

Professor Shriram Karanth welcomed the guests. Raveesha compered. About 40 candidates have registered for the programme which has been made available free of charge to prospective entrepreneurs.
