Bengaluru, Mar 14: A 10th standard student succeeded in cementing the relationship between his estranged father and mother who were on their way to get divorced. A minor difference between the two had worsened over time to develop a huge crack in their relationship.

Ganeshmuthy and Poornima couple from Kadegadde in Shivamogga had decided to get divorced. Now they have changed their decision and exchanged garlands in the presence of the Lok Adalat judges and senior lawyers.

The son in question, Suhas G Kashyap, who was looked after by his father alone separate from his mother for the last three years, is now happy. His parents had separated three years back due to a small issue, after they lived together for 17 years.

Speaking to  the lawyer, Valemane Shivakuymar,  Suhas said that he lives with his father away from his mother like an orphan even though his mother is alive. At the Lok Adalat session held on Saturday at the JMFC court Hosanagar, Ganeshmurthy and Poornima got united again. Judge, Pushpalata and chief transactional judge, Ravikumar, were witness to the scene of the parents coming together.

In Lok Adalat sessions, the judges try to strike  understanding and bring the couples together. Aged couple  from Bagalkot, Chandrakanth (64) and Shanntha (54) who had married  28 years back, were among those who decided to live together again after separating briefly.
