Abu Dhabi : 18 Teams Line-up for KCO Throwball - Volley Ball Tourney

Abu Dhabi, Jan 29: KCO is all set to host its 2nd Ladies’ Throwball and Men’s Volleyball Rolling Trophy Tournaments on Friday, 4th of February 2011 at the Abu Dhabi Indian School grounds.
Both these games are gaining great popularity amongst people in the region and this is an opportunity for players to prove their skills in the game.
There has been an overwhelming response to earlier announcement and the following teams have confirmed their participation.

The teams will be divided into pools and matches will be played on league basis. The pools will be drawn on the spot in the presence of the team captains. Rules will be the same as in the last tournament and will be available on request. Players will be also briefed about the rules before the tournament.
Trophies will be awarded to the winning and runners up teams and to the best overall player and striker in volleyball and best overall player and smasher in throwball.
The proceedings of the tournament will begin at 8.30 a.m. sharp.
KCO President Gerald D’mello, envisages an exciting day with thrilling matches as reputed teams are participating in the tournament. Everyone are invited to witness the matches and support your favorite team.
