Thiya Samaj Women’s Wing Organizes Cultural Programme

Mumbai, Jan 31:
The western zone regional women’s wing of the metro-based Thiya Samaj ® organized ‘Kumkum’, and a cultural programme at Kalabhairav Temple auditorium, Jogeshwari (East), on Sunday January 30.
 
Thiya Samaj president Chandrashekar R Belchada inaugurated the programme here on Sunday morning.
 
Divija Chandrashekar was the chief guest on the occasion who inaugurated the Kumkum programme to be held religiously.
 


The western zone regional women’s wing president Chandra Suvarna, vice-president Lata D Ullal, eastern zone regional women’s wing president Vranda Dinesh were present on the dais.
 
Chandrashekar Belchada presided over the stage programme.
 
Thiya Samaj executive president Rohidas S Bangera, former president K P Arvind, vice-president Sudhakar Ucchil, ‘Thiya Jyothi’ monthly bulletin honorary editor Sridar Suvarna, western zone regional committee executive president Narayan Salian, vice-president Babu Amin, secretary Ganesh Ucchil, eastern zone regional committee and executive president Ravindra S Manjeshwar were present on the dais.
 
Speaking on the occasion, Divija Chandrashekar said that women should become the torch-bearers in instilling moral values in their children.
 
Chandra Suvarna said that women have a significant role in the families to build good character in their children.
 
S Amin rendered the prayers and Chandrashekar Salian compered the programme.  The secretary Shobhalata C Salian proposed the vote of thanks.   
 
The cultural programmes were staged by women members and their children on the occasion.
