Mangaluru, Apr 6: A 19-year old girl from Tumakuru has gone missing from city on April 4.

The missing girl is identified as Prema, a resident of Kenchappana Halli, K Vaddarahalli post, Sira Taluk, Tumakuru district.

In a complaint filed, the girl's aunt Lakshmi claimed that she and her husband beg for a living as he suffers from partial blindness. As of now, they are residing in Regal Palace lodge near State Bank in the city.

Last Sunday, Prema daughter of Lakshmi's sister had come along with them to Mangaluru. When the couple was going begging, the girl used to remain in the lodge. On Monday, April 4, the girl went to bring tea at 7.15 AM and even after noon, she did not return. Even though they searched for the girl they could not trace her. As Prema lost her parents, she was taken care of by her aunt. She doesn't know how to read and write. She left the room in a red coloured salwar and a black coloured veil.

She is of dark complexion, obese, 4.5 feet in height and she has lost the middle finger of the right hand. She was wearing black colour chappals when she left the room.
