Sullia: Police arrest four more accused in Chattekallu dacoity case

Sullia, Apr 6: The police have arrested four more accused in connection with a dacoity case reported on April 20 in a house belonging to Ambarish, a resident of Chattekallu, Sampaje village of Sullia Taluk.

The accused are identified as Karthik, Yadhukumar, Deekshith K N, and B Narasimhan. Police have recovered Rs 20, 000 and vehicles used for the crime and five mobile phones. Police are still searching for the other accused involved in the crime.

The accused had gagged Asha S Heggade in the absence of her husband and looted the house. Aggrieved Asha had filed a police case in Sullia police station that thieves had stolen Rs 1, 52 000 cash and 83-gram gold.
