I think unfortunately, The bike man rushed forward as per CCTV footage, while the bus had no time to brake while crossing.. Lucky that the bike man survived... Very close call for him.

Why no one see the biker's side. He might have came cross the signal and hit the bus when thd bus is already moving ahead. How much loss the bus owner might got.

Thease busses go on road as per their whish. If they have lot of time they'll go slower than bicycle without living space for other vehicles and for compilation they drive madly they horn for every vehicle in front of them. No proper stop... Bus stops wherever they see peopls waving hand.

Absolutely right. As a matter of fact, horns in all the town buses should be removed. They are used to scare the people out of the road.

There is a nexus of the bus owners lobby, traffic officials & the transport ministry on the whole. Now the question is who will bell the cat.

These private buses driven by maniacs should be banned and only Government run KSRTC buses should ply on our City Roads. Over speeding, rash driving, and blaring of horns by these illiterate drivers are a curse to this otherwise beautiful city.

Yes like Dubai. We need strict law implementation. Otherwise road accident will happen even though roads are good.

If private bus does not stop honking horns and driving rash to make more profits. Fills more people than capacity. Collects same amount for standing . Karma will give you loses over loses in its own way.

As I am a daily commuter thru this junction , I have noticed one problem with the Signal that is Not enough time in between signals. Not enough time for yellow light. The buses plying try to rush thru hastily and thus this happens.

A few years back a child had been killed by one of the buses of this company at K. S. Rao road. Looks like this bus company only killing and trying to kill fellow uses of the road. Abolish the private bus in DK, then see the amazing difference. Problem is we do not have a separate lane for heavy vehicles.
