He was delivering the presidential address at the inaugural ceremony of the metro-based Karnataka Sangha-sponsored ‘Jai Bhavani Co-operative Credit Society’, held at Dr M Vishveshvaraya Auditorium of Karnataka Sangha at Matunga (West) here, recently.
