Guru Narayan Night High School Golden Jubilee Celebrations End

The valedictory of the golden jubilee celebrations of Guru Narayan Night High School promoted by metro-based Billavar Association was held Billava Bhavan, Santa Cruz (East), recently.
 
Billavar Association and All India Billava Federation president Jaya C Suvarna presided over the programme and also released ‘Jnana Jyothi’ golden jubilee celebration memorial bulletin on the same occasion.
 


Adve Ravindra Poojary, lecturer, Olakadu Government Pre-University College, Udupi, delivered the keynote address.
 
Billavar Association’s ‘Akshaya’ monthly magazine editor M B Kukyan was the chief guest on the occasion.
 
Sai Care Logistics Limited chairman Surendra A Poojary, and LIC Club president G M Kotian were the guests of honour.
 
Association honorary president Y Nagesh, vice-presidents L V Amin, Nithyanand D Kotian, and C T Salian, honorary chief secretary Jyothi K Suvarna, honorary chief treasurer Uday S Salian, women’s wing president Jayanti V Ullal, Guru Narayan Night High School governing council president B Ravindra Amin, honorary secretary Ramachandrayya C H M, student leader Ganesh Naik, Alumni Association president Krishna B Poojary, and secretary Vasant N Suvarna were present.
 
Kannada play ‘Suyodhana; directed by Karunakar Kaup was staged by Abhinaya drama troupe as part of the cultural programme.
