Army officer injured after slipping off cliff in J&K


Srinagar, May 5 (IANS): An army officer was injured after he slipped off a cliff in J&K's Baramulla district on Thursday, police said.

Police sources said that the Para officer, identified as Major Ragunath was injured after he fell off a cliff in Uri sector during patrolling.

"He was immediately evacuated to the hospital for treatment," a source said.
