Saudi Arabia bans citizens from travelling to 16 nations, including India

Riyadh, May 23 (IANS): Saudi Arabia has banned citizens from travelling to 16 countries, including India, over the Covid-19 situation in those nations, the media reported

The General Directorate of Passports said that the list of countries comprised Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, India, Yemen, Somalia, Ethiopia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Libya, Indonesia, Vietnam, Armenia, Belarus, and Venezuela, The Express Tribune reported.

The Directorate emphasised that the validity of the passport of Saudis who intend to travel to non-Arab countries must be more than six months.

Further, the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia has assured the public that there were no monkeypox cases detected in the country so far.

Abdullah Asiri, Deputy Minister of Health, has said that the Kingdom has the capability to monitor and discover any suspected monkeypox cases and also to fight against the infection if any new case emerges, The Express Tribune reported.

"Until now, cases of transmission between humans are very limited, and therefore the possibility of any outbreaks occurring from it, even in countries that have detected cases, are very low," he added.

Meanwhile, the World Health Organization said it expects to identify more cases of monkeypox as it expands surveillance in countries where the disease is not typically found.

Countries have the right to issue travel bans to their citizens... But i wonder if this rule applies to Indian residents... Latest minor detections in India are probably exaggerated by the WHO and few panicky nations...

Most of banned nations are shia-dominated. Covid much hit in America and European countries rather than banned countries. China is considered a safest place to travel from where in pandemic started. India is exporting much of crude oil from Russia in lower rate rather than Saudi Arabia a reason behind included in the list. How Saudis live without Lebanon/Indonesia is one of hot spot of enjoyment. Nanage Ondoo Sa Arth Aghu Deela. Hinghe Aadhare Henghe.

Time for India to ban RTPCR tests which always create fake numbers to create plandemic. Then only all these bans will stop from or to any country. It seems authorities still haven't realized the game plan of elites to keep the embers burning to market their duds & to enslave people.

I have my serious doubt... why Hindustan is listed among this pool of 16 nations....., may be the world is still not out from phobia of floating dead bodies seen on river Ganga... with long queue's for cremation...!!! (Add to this woo's WHO raised a concern & doubted about the declared covid related death's' needless to say that the Executive board of WHO is chaired by Dr Harshavardhan of Hindustan)...
