Mulund Bunts Organizes Health Check-up Camp for Women

The women’s wing of the metro-based Mulund Bunts organized a health check-up camp for women at Shivani Hospital, Mulund (West), recently.
 
Mulund Bunts president Nagriguttu Vivek Shetty inaugurated the camp.

 


Speaking on the occasion, Vivek Shetty said that health camps are one of the social welfare programmes of Mulund Bunts that strives for all round progress of society. 
 
Shivani Hospital medical officer Dr Sangeetha S Shetty explained the preventive measures that must be taken to avoid major health consequences.  She also urged the women to explain their health complications to the surgeons without inhibition for faster recovery.
 
Mulund Bunts vice-president Dr Satyaprakash Shetty said that a healthy society can be formed with the good health of its citizens.  “Mulund Bunts has a far-sighted approach on the health issues of people,” said Dr Satyaprakash.
 
Mulund Bunts honorary chief secretary Vasant N Shetty, honorary chief treasurer Jaya K Sooda, women’s wing vice-president Sonali R Shetty, Mamatha M Shetty, Meenakshi R Shetty and other office-bearers were present on the dais.
 
Dr Vidhya Shetty, Dr Anoop Sirvat, Dr Kanchana, Dr Uma Shetty, and other specialist doctors were involved in the health check-up camp.
 
Women’s wing president Sujatha K Shetty welcomed the gathering.  Honorary chief secretary Soni R Shetty compered the programme.
