Bengaluru, Jun 4: Karnataka on Saturday, Jun 4 registered 222 new coronavirus cases.
As per the bulletin released by the state health department, the active cases in the state stand at 2,260 Bengaluru Urban's single-day tally stood at 210.
The death toll in the state has risen to 40,065.
The state recorded 191 discharges from hospitals on Saturday, taking the total discharges to 39,10,691.
So far, Karnataka has seen 39,53,058 positive cases since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.
The positivity rate for the day stands at 0.93%, So far 10,92,74,675 people have received vaccination so far.
