What is the value of a human life nowadays. The traffic Cops r nowhere to be seen mostly during night times. Moreover these truck uneducated, drunk truck drivers park their vehicle dangerously wherever they like without even bothering to keep the parking lights on. Most of the trucks even do not have tail lights.
