Udupi, June 7: Three military pre-recruitment training centers will come up in Udupi, Dakshina Kannda and Uttara Kannada. Around 50 candidates will have the opportunity to enroll in each batch. Boys will have the first priority, said Kota Srinivas Poojary, minister for Social and Backward Classes Welfare department.

Speaking to media persons at the district BJP office Kadiyali here on Tuesday, June 7 said, "Prime minister Modi has completed eight years in administration. His government and the way he works has made party workers proud. More than 10 crore people have benefited by the Ayushman Bharath scheme. The Karnataka state received Rs 1,29,776 crore funds from the central government. As many as 60, 66, 422 lac workers received  the E- Shramik cards.  Street vendors have received Rs 10, 000  under Athma Nirbhar. As many as 8 crore households have obtained gas connection under Ujwala scheme. There were 44 crore bank accounts opened under Jan-dhan scheme, out of which 24 accounts are maintained by women. The total turnover has been Rs 1,50,939 crores."

The government of India, in its efforts to make India an independent, powerful  country in the globe, has provided water connections to 6 crore houses under Jaljeevan mission.

Speaking on hostels for backward community students he said, "There are 38 warden posts lying vacant. We are putting in all efforts to fill those posts."

The government has announced Vinaya samarasya yojana, with an aim of eradicating untouchability in gram panchayats located across the state, he added

    Join the army or Navy, no problem but be cautious about joining the airforce as you will be forced to fly coffins (Mig fighter jets) older than 50 years. The government spends thousands of crores on elections, temples, statues and also to buy MLAs but no money to modernise air fleet.

    all promises of this government are future dated / undated... bullet trains were promised by Mo Na for 2017... we are now in 2022...
