Daijiworld Media Network – Kasargod (MS)

Kasargod, Jun 10: A man who went to Uppala on March 18 has gone missing. Locals suspect that he got converted to other religion.

Jayarama (46), resident of Adoor Kaithodu of Mulleria in the district is missing since March 18. He was doing masonry work and was unmarried.

Jayarama had got his share of property from his brothers and had sold it and was living in a rented accommodation near check post. He had affair with a woman of another religion. It is said that the woman refused to marry him unless he gets converted to Islam. So it is suspected that he has gone to Ponnani religious centre to become a Muslim.

In the midst of this development, the woman, with whom Jayarama had affair is also missing. Jayarama’s brother filed a missing complaint with police.

Further investigation is on.

Why did the man convert first. It is not for the love of the religion Islam? No, it was just for the woman he is converting. So, do get disturbed. I don't care if any one of my community converts to any religion. It is the individuals choice.

First of all This should not be a news item at all... Any major has right to travel at his or her will... Why speculate about their whereabouts?... If they want to marry and embrace any religion it is their choice...
