Bunts Sangh Organizes Brahma Kalashabisheka at Jnana Mandir

Mumbai, Mar 14: Brahmakalashabisheka, Naga Pratishta and Jatra Mahotsav was held at Jnana Mandir of Mahavishnu temple at Bunts Bhavan, Kurla (East) here on Sunday March 13 morning. These Vedic rituals were organized by metro-based Bunts Sangh.

The temple chief priest Vidwan Arvind performed the Vedic rites led by Brahmashree Koyyur Nanda Kumar Tantri.

Swami Vishveshateerta of Pejavar Mutt and Swami Guru Devanand of Odiyoor Mutt delivered the spiritual message during the religious concourse held on the occasion.

 


Bunts Sangh president Aikala Harish Shetty presided. Durgaparameshwari Yakshagana Samiti manager Kallady Deviprasad Shetty was the chief guest.

Vidwan Kairabettu Vishwanath Bhat, Pernankila Haridas Bhat, Brahmashree Koyyur Nanda Kumar Tantri, Krishnaraj Tantri, Arvind Banninthaya, Keshav Acharya and Somashekar Bhat Mulund were felicitated on the occasion.

Naina Prakash Bhandary and Ashritha Shetty, the winners of Clean and Clear Times Face 2010 Award were honoured during the programme.

Kallady Deviprasad Shetty and Anupama Deviprasad Shetty couple, B Vidhya Deviprasad, Shivaram G Shetty Ajekar, Pushpa Shivaram, Sundar Acharya couple, Bellampally Balakrishna Hegde and Jnana Mandir former president Merkala Thyampanna Shetty were also honoured.

Triveni Sangam temple managing trustee Shivaram B G Shetty Ajekar, Bunts Sangh vice president chartered accountant Shankar B Shetty, honorary chief secretary V K Shetty, honorary treasurer Prabhakar L Shetty, joint secretary Harish Vasu Shetty, joint treasurer and chartered accountant Satish Shetty among others were present.

Aikala Harish Shetty welcomed the gathering. Hemalatha Shetty rendered the prayers.  Tonse Vijay Kumar Shetty and Ashok Pakkala compered the programme.
