Bishop Ferdinand Fonseca Inaugurates Newly-Built Mini Mall at Jerimeri

Mumbai, Mar 16: Bishop Ferdinand J Fonseca of Mumbai diocese inaugurated the newly-built Ashwini and D’Souza Mini Mall and also their cable and mobile shop at Jerimeri Kajupada, Andheri – Kurla Road here, recently.

Fr Theodore Fernandes blessed the shopping mall.

The state minister Nashim Khan was the chief guest inaugurated the internet facility at the Mini Mall.


 

Bishop Ferdinand conveyed best wishes to Walter D’Souza, the promoter of Ashwini and D’Souza Mini Mall and wished his success as a successful entrepreneur.

Speaking on the occasion, Fr Blasé D’Mello said that he knew Walter since his childhood who was quite active and already an accomplished Konkani entrepreneur. He is also involved in social service and reached this position out of his hard work and dedication, said Fr Blasé.

Fr Hubert Goveas of Mulund parish was also present.

Walter D’Souza and Wilma D’Souza welcomed the guests with flower bouquets.

Benedicta Rebello, veteran Konkani litterateur Harry Boy, Sr Seema and several well wishers of Walter D’Souza were present.

Kajupada Traders' Association president Raghuji Patel welcomed the gathering.  Leo Fernandes Jerimeri proposed vote of thanks.
