union finance minister Nirmala Sitaraman so failed in all her efforts and attempts to make any positive results in deteriorating Indian economy. Now the last option is at the cost of Peoples suffering. Instead of easing the financial burden these inefficient Domestic finance ministers are squeezing common man and increase Central revenue ? She is a vegetarian and can survive with Indi/Vada sambar (without onions) but rest of us brought up as non veg. and choice of including Beef !

This was the prediction 75 years ago by Sir Winston Churchill., which has been proved now beyond the words. "Power will go to the hands of rascals, rogues, freebooters; all Indian leaders will be of low calibre & men of straw. They will have sweet tongues and silly hearts. They will fight amongst themselves for power and India will be lost in political squabbles. A day would come when even air and water would be taxed in India.” However, we get what we deserve......... religion and politics makes together a deadly cocktail....!!!!!

@Chandu- look at general perspective, if you become financial minister. You give lot of discounts in the income tax, then how would tax get collected? It is common sense, government needs money, they need to charge gst thats all.

sri_elder, Sir, don't be a andha bhakt to agree on everything this government is doing but look at the ground realities on economic situation of the country. Here is common sense that needs to be applied in listening to some cooked up statistics, fake numbers during the lengthy speeches with lakhs of crores thumping chest do not make any sense when compared to ground realities of common mans life. If all our politicians, political parties, industrialists, hoteliers, traders and merchants, honestly pay their taxes and GST they collect & loot from the end consumers then we will have a surplus budget at State and Center. You go and purchase any stuff in Karkala town shops, does anyone issues you a GST invoice but they collect the amount per MRP. That's where all the loot is going and a portion of it finally ending up in political party Kanike Dabbas to wash out all the sins. It's only the middle class salaried and retired people without government pensions have to bear the burnt of the all kinds taxes and keep suffering.

All opposition parties ( INC/ TMC/ SP/BSP/TRS/AIMIM/DMK/ JDS /AAP need to colloborate together, if not, then again 3rd time we will get the ache din sarkar.

Petrol da rate yetla aavad. Nood aavaad, 500 aavad. Yenklena vote Modige. When we have blind bhakhts like this, what good can we expect? People have lost jobs - no problem, people are committing suicide - no problem, people are starving - no problem. Yet we don't want to utter a word against Modi. Is there a remedy for this blind bhakhti? Think of the nation, blind bhakhts. Hundreds of Modis will come and brainwash your minds injecting them with religious stuff, yet we refuse to see the writing on the wall. Why don't we understand that we are being fooled in the name of religion. For God's sake, open your eyes.
