He seems to be a localite who would know the topography of the place very well so the chance of his accidentally falling in the well is miniscule!

Very suspect. Now everyone falls and die .hats wrong ?Do we have to search wells and other water collecting places when one misses. Please see if any unusual body marks on his body? One never know.Heartfelt sympathies to his family.May his soul rest in peace.Kindly try to build barrikade to all possible wells in karnataka so that in future noone try to jump in water.or fall accidentally in.

If it's an open well it's understandable he fell accidentally, but not in a well with barrier wall? BTW, Belthangady, Sullia, Puttur, Subramanya and surrounding areas have become infamous for mysterious incidents!!

We have seen so many deaths every year, specially in the monsoon, by slipping and falling into well. How are these wells are kept without proper barricades, specially when there is human movement, specially aged and kids and also animals. Why are these hazards not taken care off ?
